My first "otherwise" beverage.

The Ginger Brew Extract by itself was ass kickin'. After it was mixed-up it was smooth with a small bite. Medium brown in color. First, and only time, I used "Grolsh-style" bottles for an entire batch of brew.

"Turned out well. A lot of sediment. Some bottles were 'explosive.' Very gingery, very bubbly, nice bite."
