Want to try and find a way to "strain" beer soming out of the fermenter so as to have a "clearer or brighter" beer. Used only a 1/4 tsp. per bottle of priming sugar and left extra head space, hopefully no explosions.
"Extra head space, maybe a good idea. 1/4 tsp. priming sugar, definetly a bad idea. The beer had a good flavor but was very flat."
