This is my 1st barrel (bbl.), well if I added together the total of all of my batches so far. Mental note, two barrels equals one hogshead. Don't remember the amount of priming sugar, had to of been more than 1/4 tsp., probably 1/2 tsp.

This was the first beer I made that really impressed people to the point where they thought I might be able to make something that could actually compete with commercial beers. I was actually told be a friend of a friend that if he could by this beer it would be his standard. Nice.
