This beer was brewed as a favor for my friend Robert. He wanted me to try and brew a beer without any hops in it to give to his girlfriend Heather for her birthday. He thinks Heather, who is allegic to beer, is actually allergic to the hops in beer. So, I tried.

This beer had a wierd fermentation, hyper-active for two days, then nothing. Wierd bottling too, bubbling, "noisy."

I think this beer had an infection - Robert still drank all the ones I gave him, Heather had none.
